  2. Some pre-available rooms include a restroom, library, central office, etc. You can also create a new room by clicking the “add new” button.
  3. Edit, remove, or change the settings of a room.

Set pass time

  1. Click on the “Pass time” button from the left panel.
  2. You can set the time for a pass. It could be a Long-running pass, A system-ended pass, or an Extended pass.

Long-running pass

A long-running pass is a pass that exceeds more than 10 minutes. In that case, it will turn yellow. This alerts the teacher that the student is not on the way back to the class.

System ended pass

There could be a question: what does red pass mean? Well, the pass that exceeded 30 minutes is indicated as red on the dashboard. This pass will be ended automatically.

Extended pass

Extended pass is a specific and unique kind of pass. It allows the pass holder to remain absent from the class for a long time. In that case, the pass will not turn yellow or red. This could be a reason if a student went to the principal’s office or for any event. That student will be assigned an extended pass. A teacher can set up any time duration for the extended pass.
